Stillerman brings more than 15 years of customer success experience to Arcoro, including various C-suite roles. Before joining Arcoro, Stillerman served as the customer officer for Miva, a global leader in e-commerce selling solutions, where she contributed to a 100% net revenue retention (NRR) on target accounts and 97% portfoliowide NRR while increasing customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).

As CCO, Stillerman will oversee the entire customer experience life cycle, from initial acquisition through long-term retention and growth. She will be responsible for driving customer-centric strategies, ensuring that Arcoro’s products and services meet the evolving needs of HR professionals and organizations.
