During this period, Butler Snow has grown from 3 offices and 140 attorneys to 24 offices and more than 330 attorneys.

He has worked with Butler Snow’s executive committee to implement strategic plans focused on strengthening client service; talent development, inclusivity and diversity; and practice development and service offerings for clients.
