MIAMI (Sept. 24, 2024) — RumbergerKirk announced that construction and commercial litigation attorney Nicole Kwapisz has joined the firm as a partner in its Miami office. Kwapisz has extensive experience in construction and complex commercial litigation representing a wide variety of clients, including developers, architects, engineers, general contractors and subcontractors.
“I enjoy representing a wide variety of clients and collaborating with my colleagues on the larger construction cases, which often involve multiple parties and complex legal and factual issues,” said Kwapisz. “The construction industry is dynamic and constantly evolving. Offering clients individually tailored solutions that best meet their needs, whether in business negotiations, pre-suit, or litigation, is the most rewarding part of my job,” she shared.
Kwapisz earned her law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Kwapisz worked as a litigation paralegal in three renowned South Florida law firms, where she gained extensive experience in construction litigation. It was that experience that led her to become an attorney.
