CHICAGO (February 12, 2013) - Textura Corporation, a provider of collaboration solutions for the construction industry, announced that it has acquired PlanSwift, a digital takeoff and estimating solution also aimed at the construction industry. Textura hopes to use PlanSwift's tools to complement Textura's existing solutions.
The company believes that PlanSwift will add to Textura's portfolio of solutions that link construction professionals across a project, and Textura plans to leverage PlanSwift's takeoff and estimating functionality and GradeBeam invitation-to-bid solution specifically.
Financial terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
