Sara Godding is vice president of product management at Stanley Black & Decker, where she leads the DEWALT Systems & Expansion product lines. With over 16 years of diverse experience spanning engineering, R&D, channel marketing, and product management, Sara brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.

Originally from Massachusetts, Sara holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Her career has been marked by a deep commitment to innovation and excellence in product development. She has a proven record of growing customer relationships in both technical and commercial roles and is an innovative problem solver, motivated to lead cross-functional teams to profitable growth.

Sara currently resides in Maryland with her wife and their two sons, ages 13 and 11. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, reading, and spending time outdoors with her family.

Chris Hermann is director of category management for concrete and structural at DEWALT. With 30 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, Chris has held various sales, marketing, product management, and leadership roles at DEWALT and POWERS Fasteners. His most recent position was director of product management and general manager for the DEWALT anchor and fastener business. He was recently promoted to his current role, overseeing DEWALT’s category management for concrete and structural. Chris and his family live in Maryland.
