Oct. 14, 2024 — Amy Marks has joined Compass Datacenters as senior vice president of innovation. As a leader on the Innovation team, Marks will be responsible for continuously improving Compass’ ability to deliver customizable, scalable, efficient and sustainable data center campuses throughout North America.
Marks previously served as executive vice president of global strategy at Symetri and held leadership roles at Autodesk and XSite Modular, where she advanced prefabrication and sustainability strategies. With the growing demand from hyperscalers, Marks’ expertise in modular infrastructure and sustainable systems will ensure Compass continues to offer innovative and long-lasting hyperscale campuses with accelerated timelines.

In addition to her professional achievements, Marks is a recognized thought leader and advocate for diversity and innovation. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Florida and is an alumna of Harvard Business School.
