DES MOINES, Iowa (June 10, 2014) — BirdDog, a provider of recruitment and applicant tracking solutions (ATS) for the construction and skilled trades industries, has announced a strategic partnership with OutSolve, a national service provider of affirmative action plans and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) compliance solutions. The OFCCP is aggressively expanding the requirements of federal contractors to include documented outreach and detailed data collection efforts linked to the hiring process. Through the partnership, clients of both BirdDog and OutSolve will gain a valuable asset by seamlessly linking outreach and job posting efforts to their affirmative action program. By teaming up with OutSolve, BirdDog is working to help federal contractors connect the dots between affirmative action and the expanded compliance requirements needed to fulfill the record keeping requirements under Executive Order 11246, Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA/Section 4212). “On behalf of my partners Tracy Leefe and Kathy Panzeca, we are thrilled to partner with an organization like BirdDog that has demonstrated exemplary focus on customer service,” said Jeremy Mancheski, OutSolve principal. “With OFCCP expanding their record keeping requirements, we must seek out partners that meet the high standards we set for our clients. BirdDog fits that description by supporting recruitment and applicant tracking on a national scale and with the compliance tools contractors need.” Todd Skokan, president and CEO of BirdDog, added, “With so many of our customers subject to OFCCP regulations, compliance is important to us. Partnering with OutSolve gives our clients another tool to build their systematic recruitment process and be prepared in the event of an audit, while maintaining a customer-centric focus across the entire process.”
Partnership will strengthen support of federal contractor compliance efforts.
