(April 15, 2016) - Internationally known futurist Derek Woodgate will preview his thought-provoking vision for the construction industry, with an exclusive focus on the Latin America region, at the 2016 CONEXPO Latin America Seminars Program.
Woodgate will be joined at the seminar by a mix of international and regional experts focused on the latest trends in infrastructure, efficient fleet management, workforce development and other key areas that directly influence the continued vitality of the Latin American construction industry.
Woodgate’s presentation is based on a comprehensive research project he conducted over the past year for the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM), owner and producer of CONEXPO Latin America and the internationally-known CONEXPO-CON/AGG held in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
Woodgate will provide a preview of future scenarios and development platforms for the construction industry, focused on the Latin America region, and demonstrate how his vision could create a significant paradigm shift in how we conceptualize roads and buildings.
Woodgate is scheduled to share the complete global results of this exclusive project at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2017 in March.
The CONEXPO Latin America 2016 seminars program will be held October 10-11, 2016 in Lima, Peru (Swissotel). Registration opens June 1, 2016.
AEM is working with CAPECO, the Peruvian Chamber of Construction, to bring the two-day CONEXPO Latin America seminars program to the region. The seminars program is a standalone complementary event held right before CAPECO’s EXCON 2016 exhibition in Lima, Peru.
