Milwaukee, Wisconsin (July 22, 2019)—CONEXPO Latin America 2019 has announced new professional development opportunities to help attendees increase operational efficiencies and safety and grow their businesses in the changing marketplace.
CONEXPO Latin America has signed agreements with National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO) and International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) to bring interactive educational/training activities to the exhibition.
And Pezco Economics will conduct an interactive program focused on regional economic opportunities.
The three new events join the previously announced co-located Regional Congress on Asphalt Pavements, from the International Road Federation (IRF), a global non-profit organization in the road industry.
CONEXPO Latin America 2019 will beheld October 2-5 in Santiago, Chile (Espacio Riesco).

The NCCCO will promote crane safety with dynamic live crane operator demonstrations, as well as subject-matter experts on hand, for one-on-one conversations and to answer questions on all things crane and safety related, including operator evaluations, accident prevention, ground conditions, powerline safety, rigging and signaling, crane inspections and related best practices.
The International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) will promote the safer use of mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs) with demonstrations, presentations, displays and interactive exhibits, the opportunity to speak to experts,and a comprehensive range of the latest safety and technical guidance. Topics include IPAF’s “Street Smart” roadway safety campaign and new supervisor eLearning course/advanced operator assessment.
The LatAm Economic Symposium is being organized by Pezco Economics. Lunchtime sessions will focus on project opportunities in Hispanic-speaking markets, with interaction between attendees and session presenters encouraged. Pezco Economics is an economic consultancy and prominent expert on South American economies.
