NAPLES, Fla. (March 13, 2017) – EHC Inc. has announced 7 new projects beginning in 2017, as well as the launch of 12 projects and successful completion of 5 projects throughout Southwest Florida in 2016.
In 2016, EHC started a remarkable 12 projects such as Springs at Gulf Coast in Estero, Popeye’s in North Port, Phase 3 of Tara Woods in North Fort Myers, Lake at Metro in Fort Myers, Riverside in Fort Myers, BizPark Storage Facilities in Naples, Terminal Access Road in Fort Myers, Naples Grande Sales Center in Naples, High Tech Buildings in Fort Myers, I-75 16-mile project spanning Sarasota and Charlotte Counties, Lindsford 2a in Fort Myers and Tuscola in North Port.
In addition, the site construction company completed 5 projects in 2016. Many of the projects completed were multimillion projects including Terminal Access Road Widening, Somero Enterprises in Fort Myers, Tuscany Pointe Phase 2 in Naples, I-75 in Charlotte County and Naples Grande.
Already in 2017, EHC has begun on 7 projects including SR 84/Davis Boulevard Widening in Collier County, Mirror Lakes in Lehigh, Naples Grande Sales Center Phase 2, Somero Enterprises Addition, Arby’s in Punta Gorda, Lindsford 2b, and The Reef II in Fort Myers. The site construction company is also wrapping up 5 projects in the first quarter such as Riverside, Lake at Metro, Naples Square Phase 2, Tuscola, and High Tech Buildings. EHC has officially completed Lindsford Phase 2a, and is now moving to Phase 2b. Other projects such as I-75 in Sarasota and Charlotte Counties, Kalea Bay in Naples and Springs at Gulf Coast are still going strong for EHC.
- SR 84/David Boulevard Widening: EHC is working with Preferred Materials, an Old Castle Materials Company, for The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) on the widening and median improvements of SR 84/Davis Boulevard in Collier County. The site construction company is providing earthwork including excavation and embankment, Type B stabilization and optional base groups for the approximately one-mile project.
- Mirror Lakes: Jensen Underground Utilities engaged EHC to develop Mirror Lakes, a new shopping center in Lehigh. Located at the corner of Milwaukee Boulevard and Homestead Road, the shopping center is proposed to be 28,000 square feet on over 4 acres. EHC is providing off-site turn lanes, on-site clearing, earthwork, subgrade base, asphalt paving, curbing, traffic striping, sidewalks and final grading for the project.
- Naples Grande Sales Center Phase 2: EHC is developing the underground storm drainage and utilities, parking lot and final grading for the Naples Grande Sales Center. The site construction company recently completed the building pad for the 4,000-square foot London Bay Homes sales building in Naples.
- Somero Enterprises Addition: Chris-Tel Construction awarded EHC with an addition to the Somero Enterprises Headquarters in Fort Myers. EHC is providing grading, utility adjustments, earthwork and other site improvements for the building expansion.
- Arby’s: Chris-Tel Construction also awarded EHC with the site work for a new Arby’s in Punta Gorda. EHC is providing clearing, earthwork, underground storm, sewer, water and fire line, subgrade, base, asphalt paving, curbing, traffic striping, sidewalks and final grading for the project.
- Lindsford Final Phase: EHC is continuing with the final phase for Lindsford in Fort Myers. The Ronto Group has engaged the site construction company for underground sewer, storm, water, curb, roads, common area sidewalk, sodding, rock crushing, traffic signage and lot grading. Phase 2b is proposed to include 195 single family home sites and 52 attached home sites.
- The Reef II in Fort Myers: Located at the corner of Estero Parkway and Three Oaks Parkway near Gulf Coast University, The Reef is an apartment complex expanding to now include The Reef II. Spire Construction is a new client of EHC’s, engaging the site construction company for the 8-building, over 5-acre project in Fort Myers. EHC is providing clearing, earthwork, subgrade base, asphalt paving, curbing, traffic striping, sidewalks and final grading for the project.
