NAPLES, Fla. (November 27, 2017) – EHC Inc. has started the development of the Springs at Port Charlotte in Port Charlotte and Helms Road in South Labelle. In addition, EHC completed Tuscola in North Port, 16 miles of I-75 improvements in Sarasota and Charlotte Counties, and SR 84/Davis Boulevard in Collier County.
New client Kaufman Lynn Construction engaged EHC to develop The Springs at Port Charlotte. Located near the I-75 Kings Highway exit, the 11-building apartment complex will feature 256 apartments plus a clubhouse, pool, lake, and other amenities on 21 acres. EHC is providing lake excavation, erosion control, clearing, parking lots, subgrade base, asphalt, striping, traffic signs, concrete curbs and sidewalks, underground storm drainage, sanitary sewer, water and fire and final grade for the Charlotte County project.
For the Helms Road Extension Phase 3 project, EHC is working with AJAX Paving and Hendry County Public Works. The project widens the new road that connects SR 29 and SR 80 in South Labelle for approximately 2.67 miles from two to four lanes. EHC’s services include earthwork, excavation, pond grading and wash out repair, embankment, Type B stabilization, and optional base group 9.
