(May 13, 2025) — Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI), a national organization focused on engineering, construction, manufacturing and clean energy, has been awarded a Platinum Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health for the fourth consecutive year by Mental Health America (MHA). The Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health is a national employer certification program that recognizes employers committed to creating mentally healthy workplaces.
MHA is a community-based nonprofit dedicated to promoting mental health, well-being and illness prevention for all. MHA has spent decades researching mental health in the workplace and introduced the Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health in 2019 to recognize organizations that value and implement policies and practices that support employee mental health and well-being.

The Bell Seal recognizes employers committed to creating mentally healthy workplaces by awarding Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze recognition levels. Only 2 in 5 employers meet the standards for Bell Seal certification and FTI achieved Platinum status for the fourth consecutive year. Bell Seal recipients complete a comprehensive 54-criteria application of workplace policies and practices that influence worker mental health outcomes, including workplace culture, benefits, compliance and wellness programs.
