ORLANDO, Fla. — North American Risk Services, Inc. (NARS) has hired Patrick Fletcher as its chief information officer (CIO).
Fletcher will oversee all information technology functions in this newly created position. His role will be crucial to helping NARS stay on the cutting edge as they build new tools to enhance claims processing and reporting. In addition to managing and evaluating infrastructure and data security, he will direct product and equipment updates as he determines future needs. Patrick will set initiatives that allow NARS to better serve clients and their insureds.

Fletcher has served as an information technology executive in healthcare and education. At DaVita Healthcare, he led teams that developed clinical and laboratory systems. More recently, he served in chief information and technology officer roles at two large school districts in Florida, building the people, processes and technology necessary to create 21st century learning environments.
