Atlanta, Georgia (July 23, 2019)—Takeuchi-U.S., global provider of compact equipment, has announced Shay Klusmeyer as regional manager, effective immediately. His responsibilities include all sales development and activity within Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma and West Texas.
As the regional manager, Klusmeyer’s main responsibility is to achieve region market share objectives through dealer activities such as development, recruiting, goal setting, sales planning and performance evaluations. His other areas of focus will include inventory control, program promotion and communication, forecasting, and national and direct rental account support.
With 8 years of sales experience, Klusmeyer has worked for manufacturers throughout his career. Most recently, he was a regional business manager for Mahindra Americas, where he oversaw the growth and development of different product lines.
“Klusmeyer is a go-getter with an excellent track record and a really well-rounded portfolio in his professional career,” said Kim Robinson, director of dealer development at Takeuchi. “We believe he can take us to an even higher level in his territory and are looking forward to having him on our team.”
Klusmeyer graduated with a bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics from Oklahoma State University (OSU) in Stillwater, Oklahoma, in 2011. Additionally, he plans to graduate with a master’s degree in business administration in December from OSU.
