Levy brings more than 10 years of construction and environmental experience to his new role and has represented clients, such as Vornado Realty Trust, Sterling Equities, Time Equities, Seritage Growth Properties, New York Public Library, MCR Development LLC, Pace University and Avalon Bay Communities. 

Levy has advised developers, property owners, contractors, project managers and professionals on construction contracts, architect agreements, construction management agreements, consulting agreements and professional-services agreements for both private and public projects. He also represents them in construction litigation in federal and state courts and before state and city agencies and municipal bodies. Well-versed in environmental regulatory matters, Levy advises buyers, sellers, insurers and borrowers regarding the environmental impacts of anticipated transactions and guiding clients through the complex regulatory regime for approvals. His environmental experience deals with contaminated properties, water and wetlands issues, land use, renewable energy, green building and National Environmental Policy Act issues.
