TRUSSVILLE, Ala. (March 19, 2025) — Universal, part of the Lexicon Inc. family of companies, has appointed Joseph Loudermilk executive vice president. In this role, Loudermilk will utilize his two decades of leadership experience in construction and manufacturing to oversee operations and strategic growth for Universal.

Loudermilk’s career spans leadership roles in operations, sales, logistics and risk management. He joins Universal from Eastern Glass & Aluminum in Norcross, Georgia, where he served as chief operating officer. During his tenure, Loudermilk played a key role in expanding revenue and led the development of new products and services in various construction sectors. Prior to that, he served as division manager at Total Comfort Installations in Alpharetta, Georgia.
