MOLINE, Ill. (October 31, 2016) - Two industry veterans from the manufacturing side of equipment rental will become the newest inductees into the Rental Hall of Fame next February. Art Moore, the founder of Snorkel, and Spencer Etzel, a visionary in tent rental now with Rainier, will be formally inducted during a ceremony at The Rental Show on February 27.
