FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. (July 15, 2013) – The American Shotcrete Association (ASA) has announced the opening of their ninth annual ASA Outstanding Shotcrete Project Awards Program to recognize excellence and innovation in projects in which the application of shotcrete has played a significant role. Awards will be granted in six categories: Architecture, Infrastructure, International, Pool & Recreation, Rehabilitation & Repair, and Underground.
ASA’s annual shotcrete project awards provide an excellent opportunity to demonstrate the great versatility and numerous advantages of the shotcrete process for placing shotcrete. And more importantly for the award winners, this distinction provides unparalleled visibility among the construction industry and establishes your company as a recognized contributor to outstanding shotcrete construction.
Winning projects for each category will also be published in ASA’s widely circulated Awards issue of Shotcrete magazine and also featured on ASA’s website. Winners will also be invited to receive their award and present their projects during ASA’s Annual Awards Banquet held in conjunction with the World of Concrete 2014. Last year’s awards program and banquet were the largest and most successful effort to date, and we are just as excited about the upcoming ninth edition of this very important event for the shotcrete industry.
