THE WOODLANDS, Texas (April 16, 2012) -- On Center Software, the first name in construction automation, today announced the promotion of Cecilia Padilla to President, On Center Software.
"Cecilia has been a key part of On Center Software's success. I am honored to promote her to the position of President," said Leonard Buzz, CEO of On Center Software. Cecilia Padilla joined the company in 2008 as Vice President and was instrumental in introducing Digital Production Control(TM) patented labor control technology to the industry. "As we prepare for the economic bounce back in commercial construction, we are confident that Cecilia's leadership is critical in reaching our goals," said Mr. Buzz. She serves on the firm's executive Vision Team, a think tank for the future of construction automation.
Mrs. Padilla is a respected estimator and project manager in the drywall industry. Like many professionals in construction, she is a second generation professional. Mrs. Padilla's expertise spans 25 years in drywall, light- and heavy-gauge framing, lath and plaster, EIFS, fireproofing-themed facades, and acoustical ceilings. Prior to joining On Center Software in 2008, she worked for Marek Brothers Systems in Houston, Texas (where she was a power user of On Center Software solutions) and for Raymond Interior Systems in both Las Vegas, Nevada and Orange County, California.
