CHICAGO, IL – Eidco Construction, one of the fastest growing commercial construction management companies in the United States, today announced that the firm has recently added Bradley Peterson and Larry Vivoda to its team. Both will serve as senior project managers for the company.

Peterson, who has worked on the project management side of commercial construction for over 15 years with experience in a variety of project types, was most recently Vice President of Commercial Construction for Phoenix Construction Consultants. In that role, he successfully managed various office development, tenant improvement, institutional and retail projects. Throughout his career, Peterson has managed projects for clients such as Motorola, Costco, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Circuit City.

Peterson is a graduate of Marquette University with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering and has been certified as a LEED AP by the U.S. Green Building Council.
In his new role, Vivoda is responsible for overseeing construction projects for Eidco. Within this capacity, he primarily specializes in retail and hospitality construction. He has over 26 years of experience in construction management and, during his career, has built everything from a four-lane divided highway to a 17-story 411-room four-star hotel. Most recently, Vivoda served as VP of Construction at Mid America Development Partners, LLC, where he was responsible for the planning, bidding, scheduling and the execution of all the new and renovated retail construction.

Vivoda holds degrees in Industrial Technology from Illinois State University and in Liberal Arts from the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
