Ben Hur Construction has partnered with Ideal Contracting on the new $150-million Amazon fulfillment center in Gaines Township near Grand Rapids, Michigan. General contractor Ryan Construction Company subcontracted Ben Hur Construction for the structural steel fabrication and erection work on the project. They are on a fast-paced, 22-week schedule to start construction in September and complete the 2,225,000 square foot project in February next year.  Find out how they're helping local ironworkers here.

Felling Trailers’s goal is to bring awareness to various non-profits that are making a difference by donating 100 percent of the winning bid from the auction to a different non-profit each year. The Steel Erectors Association of America (SEAA) has recognized John "Jack" Metcalfe with its William Davis Service Award. The award is given to an individual who has demonstrated a life-long commitment to service in the steel construction industry. It is the association’s highest honor, presented in memory of William Davis, who held board and committee positions for nearly 20 years through the 1980s and 1990s.
